Tatevik Jennifer Auld

Attorney

Tatevik Jennifer Auld is a dedicated attorney whose practice is built on the core legal tenets of service, compassion, and integrity. For Jennifer, immigration law is deeply personal: after the collapse of the Soviet Union, her father brought their young family to the United States in search of a better life. That formative experience shaped her profound understanding of the immigrant journey and fuels her commitment to helping families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law to pursue opportunity and stability.

Jennifer brings a highly analytical, energetic, and detail-oriented perspective to Andrade & Auld Law. Her diverse legal background equips her to effectively champion both multifaceted immigration cases and comprehensive estate planning. At Quinlan, Kershaw & Fanucchi, she gained vital experience drafting trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents, as well as preparing probate forms and reviewing creditors’ claims. As an advocate in the courtroom, she served as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Fresno, representing the Department of Social Services in juvenile dependency cases involving child abuse and neglect. She also represented employers and insurance carriers at Wintersteen Casarez, managing complex claims litigation, taking depositions, and drafting settlement agreements.

Her legal advocacy is powerfully reinforced by her extensive background in complex investigations and administration. Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer spent nearly six years as an Investigative Technician for the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office, where she conducted field investigations, interviewed victims and witnesses, tracked fraud suspects, and provided translation for Armenian speakers. She also managed organizational complexities as a Human Resources Analyst for the County of Fresno and as an Administrative Officer in the healthcare sector.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from San Joaquin College of Law in May 2023. Her legal training is complemented by a Master of Business Administration from Fresno State and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine.

Outside the office, Jennifer is passionate about community service. She is a member of PINC (Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of our Community), an all-women’s charitable organization where she has proudly served as Secretary and Treasurer. She also enjoys running and hiking, exploring photography, and winding down with a good glass of wine alongside friends, family, and her two beloved pets, Monte the dog and Nemo the cat.
